Please note that there will be an additional charge of AED 10 per night for our one-bedroom apartment and AED 40 per night for our two-bedroom apartment. This charge, known as the "Tourism Dirham Fee," is separate from the room rate and is part of a project initiated by the Dubai Municipality. It will be implemented starting from March 31, 2014, in all hotel establishments in the Emirate.

For the convenience of guests and visitors, the hotel offers basement parking for up to 50 vehicles. Additionally, daily scheduled trips to selected shopping malls and beaches are provided, allowing guests to explore the city and its attractions.

It is important to note that the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai has recently issued Resolution No (2) of 2014, which introduces the compulsory "Tourism Dirham" fee for all booked hotel accommodations in Dubai. This fee will be applicable to all existing confirmed and future bookings, starting from March 31, 2014.

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a marriage certificate, and visitors are not permitted in the guest's room. This policy ensures the privacy and security of all guests during their stay.
